Description
Rutile powder welding wire, designed specifically for industrial welding in a carbon dioxide environment in shipbuilding and steel structures. Due to the fact that the welding bath can be easily controlled and the slag quickly hardens, it is suitable for welding in any position. Since it is possible to work with a strong current, the weld metal has a high rate of accumulation. For vertical positions when welding from "top to bottom", wire with a diameter of 1.20 mm can be used. There are no defects in undercutting of the base metal and splashes, welding seams without pores, the seam is shiny and smooth. Slag easily detaches at the corners and narrow welded edges.
