High-alloy flux-cored wire for welding under gas, designed for surfacing with high strength. Specially designed for surfacing of parts subjected to medium-strength shocks and metal-to-metal debris. Due to the high strength and crack resistance of the weld metal, it is resistant to shocks and shocks. The weld metal retains its strength at an operating temperature of up to 600 ° C. The weld metal can be treated with a stone and carbide cutting tips. For high-carbon steels and steels with low welding ability, it is recommended to apply a buffer layer with FCW 30 prior to deposition of surfacing. Heat treatment after welding reduces strength.
